Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Ingredients
- 1 packet of Digestive biscuits
- 6 tablespoons (87g) of butter, melted
- 1/3 cup (67g) of sugar
Instructions
- Pulse digestives in the blender until a fine crumb. Small batches work better
- Mix biscuit crumbs, butter and sugar until well combined
- Press into a 9 inch skillet. Use a flat bottomed measuring cup to press it flat
- Pre-bake for 10 minutes at 149C
